You can make a donation to The Father’s House Trust (FHT) by texting “JTGG01″ to 70070 for an amount ranging between £1 and £10. The donation will be made through your mobile account. It will cost whatever amount you have selected plus the cost of a text message at your standard rate.
Please be aware that some mobile networks levy an administration charge on donations to charity. Even if your mobile network does levy such a charge, FHT will receive 100% of the amount donated from each text. Please ensure that you have the bill payer’s permission before making this donation.
If you wish to make regular donations to support our work, please complete the “Regular Gift” form, remembering to tick the appropriate box in the Gift Aid declaration. Please sign and date the form.

For employees, Payroll Giving is a very tax-effective way of making donations. Donations are deducted before tax, so each pound donated by a basic rate taxpayer costs 80p and each pound donated by a higher rate taxpayer costs 60p. Ask your employer if you are able to donate in this way. If your employer has not yet signed up with a Payroll Giving Agency, we will be pleased to provide details – just let us know.
If you would like to obtain further details or discuss any of these options,
please give us a ring – 01923 256352
We can’t reclaim Gift Aid on overseas donations, but donors can send their donation receipt to their tax authority to decide if the donation is tax-deductible. We automatically issue all our donors with receipts they can use for this purpose.
If your estate is liable to inheritance tax, you could reduce the amount due by choosing to give money to The Father’s House. It might be worth remembering that if you leave a gift to The Father’s House in your will, its value will not be included when valuing your estate (your money, possessions and property) for inheritance tax purposes.
Inheritance tax is usually paid on an estate when somebody dies. Gifts made to a charity in the seven years before your death are also exempt from inheritance tax. You can either leave a fixed sum to charity (known as a ‘pecuniary legacy’), or part or all of your estate once other gifts have been distributed (known as a ‘residuary legacy’).
You can do this through your will, or via a declaration to your executors or personal representatives giving instructions as to how you would like your legacy to be distributed.
