At FHT we believe the Father has given us a vision to minister His love first to His leaders – those leading the church and in the world – who will in turn minister to the people they lead.

Central to this vision is providing a place where leaders can come to experience and develop intimacy with the world’s greatest dad. FHT Leaders Schools have been created to provide an opportunity to come away from everyday life and responsibility to a place where teaching, reflection, prayer, sharing and rest will move you towards a greater personal understanding of your heavenly dad.

Our experience of ministering the Father’s love all over the world has shown us that everyone has a need for healing and revelation in this area. Whether we have had positive relationships with our natural parents or perhaps don’t even know who brought us into the world, none of us has experienced the full understanding of our dad in heaven and the relationship he wants to have with us. It is particularly vital for spiritual fathers and mothers within the church and beyond, to grow in the revelation of this as they lead their own extended church or business families from a place of restoration and joy, knowing their own identities as sons and daughters of God.

This school is suitable for those in full time leadership of churches, ministries and other Christian organisations, as well as leaders in business, and will include times of teaching, small groups, worship, soaking and personal ministry. Our aim is to create a safe place where leaders can be open about their lives and experiences, and experience more freedom as they share and receive ministry throughout the week. Subjects will include Signs and Symptoms of the Orphan Heart, Freedom from Father and Mother Wounds, Forgiveness, From Slavery to Sonship, Understanding the Journey and more.
